imagine this. ten 2-3year olds sitting on a round rug during morning meeting. we sing songs and share news. one teacher pulls out a song book and points out that each student from the previous year had their picture taken along with having their favorite song lyrics listed.
teacher, "see, this is ken. his favorite song was the wheel's on the bus."
charlie, "is my picture there?"
teacher,"no, we will have to make a new one. then all of our pictures will be there."
charlie, "is my favorite song in there?"
teacher, "no."
charlie,"well, my favorite song is beyonce. it's not in there?"
we all controlled our laughs...really wheels on the bus to beyonce?
i love two year olds.
there is never a dull moment.

hahaha!! I can totally relate! I remember one of my four year olds singing "Keep Bleeding" by Leona Lewis to me over and over. Kids are so funny!
